We provide water delivery during the following time intervals:
MORNING – delivery from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
EVENING – delivery from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following day, according to your area's delivery schedule.

If the delivery service employees bring your order later than the specified time intervals or fail to deliver it at all, the customer has the right to contact the company for compensation under the guarantee. In this case, the NEXT order with a value equal to the cost of the untimely delivered order is provided FREE OF CHARGE.*

*This applies to a maximum of 5 bottles for orders registered to individual customers and a maximum of 10 bottles for orders registered to legal entities.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Price Guarantee: The service provider may specify the pricing structure, which could include fixed rates, volume-based pricing, or other agreed-upon terms. Any changes in pricing will typically be communicated in advance.
  • Service Schedule: The service agreement should outline the regular delivery schedule, including the frequency and specific days and times of delivery.
  • Minimum Order Requirement: Some water delivery services may require customers to meet a minimum order requirement for each delivery, which is typically specified in the agreement.
  • Delivery Window: The agreement may specify a delivery window during which the customer can expect the delivery. This helps ensure that someone is available to receive the water.
  • Payment Terms: The terms for payment, including invoicing frequency, accepted payment methods, and any late payment penalties or fees, should be clearly outlined.
  • Cancellation and Termination: The conditions under which either party (customer or service provider) can cancel or terminate the agreement should be defined. This might include notice periods and associated fees.
  • Equipment and Containers: If the service provider provides water dispensing equipment or containers, the terms related to their use, maintenance, and responsibility for damage should be included.
  • Force Majeure: These are clauses that specify how the parties will handle unforeseeable events or circumstances that may affect the ability to deliver water, such as natural disasters or other emergencies.
  • Liability and Indemnification: The agreement may outline the responsibilities and liabilities of both the customer and the service provider in case of any damage, accidents, or disputes related to the water delivery service.
  • Dispute Resolution: The process for resolving disputes or conflicts, such as through arbitration or mediation, may be specified in the agreement.
  • Warranty Period: Some water delivery services may offer warranties on their equipment or service quality, and the duration and terms of such warranties should be clearly stated.

Emergency Delivery

You can request Express Delivery at a specific time (e.g., from 11:00 to 12:00) for a fee of 10$.
